Head removal 70 CL175

Any body know how to remove a head on a CL175? Is there any write ups around? Would like to have some idea on what I'm doing before i start taking stuff off. In my other thread I mentioned the exhust studs giving my issues I ended up breaking the one off even more where its inside the head so I pretty much have to take it off now. Plus I figure it will be easier to get the second one out with it off.
