1984 KZ 454 LTD

I just got this bike complete, save for seat. The title is supposed to be forthcoming. Anyone have any idea of how difficult these are to restore? Value in average condition, running? I see lots of KZ fours, but not too many of these water cooled, belt driven 454 Kawasakis.

To get an idea of the bike's resale value watch some on ebay. See what they sell for.
